The 2015 School Year is fast approaching. Please take the time to read the following information as you prepare for the commencement of Term 1.
Important dates:
Tuesday 27th January - School Development Day: Staff only
Wednesday 28th January - Day 1 for Years 7, 11 and 12 students
Thursday 29th January - Day 1 for Years 8, 9 and 10, Day 2 for Years 7, 11 and 12 students
HHHS would like to extend a special welcome to all our beginning Year 7 students. We are very excited for your arrival and wish you the very best in your transition to secondary school. Your Year Advisor, Ms Woolford has prepared a very exciting and helpful Orientation Week for you all.
- Organisational information for new Year 7 students and parents - Wednesday 28th January
9:00am - Year 7 Students will assemble in the Phil Daniels Pavilion (School Hall), sign on and be allocated an orientation group. This will be coordinated by Ms Woolford. Year 7 students will be introduced to this week long program and any questions will be answered.
- Organisational information for all other returning students
Wednesday 28th January : 8:45am, Roll Call Classes will be posted outside the English Block. A school assembly will begin the day, followed by Year Meetings.
Year 12 – Meet in the Theatrette with Mr Wong
Year 11 – Meet in the Movement Studio with Mr Pickles.
Thursday 29th January: 8:45am, whole school assembly. Following the assembly, Year 7, 11 & 12 will continue their program explained the previous day (Wednesday).
Year meetings will occur for Year 8, 9 & 10
Year 8 – Meet in Theatrette, Ms Goulousis to lead
Year 9 – Meet in the School Hall, Mr Wade to lead
Year 10 – Meet in the Movement Studio, Mr Sharman to lead
